Peter R. Herman is a shareholder at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. and co-chair of the Banking & Financial Services and the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights groups. His broad banking and corporate law practice includes representations of lending institutions and business entities in a variety of commercial finance transactions.
