    IMPORTANT: When you submit an inquiry through AttorneyReview, your information—including your name, contact information, and details about your legal matter—will be shared with one or more participating attorneys or law firms. These attorneys may contact you directly about your inquiry.

    Information shared with attorneys is NOT protected by attorney-client privilege until you formally establish an attorney-client relationship with that attorney by signing an engagement letter or retainer agreement.

    4.2 Other Sharing

    We may also share your information with:

    • Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our business and provide Services
    • Business Partners: Partners who may offer related services
    • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

    • We do not store your full credit card number on our servers
    • Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of certification
    • We receive only limited payment information from Stripe (last 4 digits, card type, expiration date) for record-keeping

    9. Data Retention

    We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The retention period may vary depending on the context of our Services and our legal obligations.

    • Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for 3 years after deletion
    • Analytics Data: Aggregated data may be retained indefinitely
    • TCPA Consent Records: Retained for at least 5 years for compliance purposes
