2. Attorney Eligibility and Representations
2.1 Licensing Requirements
You represent and warrant that you are a licensed attorney in good standing with all bar associations in jurisdictions where you practice law. You agree to maintain your license(s) in good standing throughout your participation in the AttorneyReview network.
2.2 Accurate Information
You agree that all information provided in your profile, including but not limited to practice areas, experience, education, bar admissions, and contact information, is accurate, current, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your profile if any information changes.
2.3 Professional Conduct
You agree to comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct and ethics in all jurisdictions where you are licensed. Your participation in AttorneyReview shall not violate any applicable attorney advertising rules or regulations.
2.4 Disciplinary Disclosure
You agree to promptly notify AttorneyReview of any disciplinary actions, complaints, or investigations initiated by any bar association or regulatory body. AttorneyReview reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation based on disciplinary matters.
3. Lead Services
3.1 Lead Distribution
Subject to your subscription tier, AttorneyReview will share consumer inquiries ("Leads") with you based on practice area, geographic location, and other matching criteria. Leads may be shared with multiple attorneys. AttorneyReview does not guarantee any minimum number of leads or that leads will result in client engagements.
3.2 Lead Response
You agree to respond to leads promptly and professionally. You understand that consumer inquiries may contain sensitive information and agree to treat all lead information confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
3.3 Lead Quality
AttorneyReview does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or validity of leads. Consumers may provide incomplete or inaccurate information. AttorneyReview is not responsible for any losses arising from your pursuit of leads.
3.4 No Exclusive Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, leads are provided on a non-exclusive basis. The same lead may be shared with multiple attorneys in the AttorneyReview network.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Tiers
AttorneyReview offers various subscription tiers with different features, pricing, and lead access. The specific features and pricing of each tier are described on our website and may be modified from time to time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize AttorneyReview to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.
4.3 Free Trial
If you enroll in a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee upon conversion.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.
4.5 Price Changes
AttorneyReview may modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new pricing.
5. Attorney Advertising Compliance
5.1 Advertising Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your profile and any content you provide complies with attorney advertising rules in all jurisdictions where you practice. AttorneyReview does not review profiles for advertising compliance.
5.2 Required Disclosures

5.3 No Guaranteed Results
You agree not to include any content that guarantees results or makes misleading claims about outcomes. Any references to past results must include appropriate disclaimers.
6. Client Relationships
6.1 Independent Practice
You maintain complete independence in your legal practice. AttorneyReview does not control, direct, or supervise your legal work. Any attorney-client relationships you form are solely between you and your clients.
6.2 Fee Agreements
All fee agreements between you and clients are solely between you and those clients. AttorneyReview has no involvement in fee negotiations, billing, or collections.

You are solely responsible for conducting conflict checks before accepting any client matter. AttorneyReview is not responsible for any conflicts of interest that may arise.

By participating in the AttorneyReview network, you consent to having reviews and ratings displayed on your profile. You acknowledge that negative reviews may be displayed alongside positive reviews, and AttorneyReview is not obligated to remove reviews you disagree with.
7.3 Review Disputes
If you believe a review violates our policies (e.g., is defamatory, contains false information, or violates attorney-client privilege), you may submit a dispute request to support@attorneyreview.com. AttorneyReview will review such requests but is not obligated to remove any review.
7.4 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
