Following law school, Jay served as general counsel at two general contractors in New York City focusing on interior build-outs, labor and employment issues and dispute resolution related to project closeout. Jay earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark in 2015 and his B.A. from the University of Vermont in 2006.
