Edward J. Schneidman

Edward J. Schneidman is of counsel in the Corporate and Real Estate Groups in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His experience includes all aspects of corporate and securities laws with a focus on real estate capital markets-related matters. He has extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital formation and public offering activities for REITs and other real estate-oriented companies. He has also advised clients on corporate and partnership liquidations and reorganizations, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, as well as general corporate governance and compliance.
