Virginia A. Albers

Ms. Albers is a trial lawyer who concentrates her practice in domestic relations matters. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Albers frequently presents seminars and papers to the legal community on recent developments and trends in the family law arena. She is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Ms. Albers graduated from Drake University in 1980 and graduated cum laude from Creighton Law School in 1994. In law school, she was the Associate Editor of the Creighton Law Review. After law school, Ms. Albers served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable David J. Lanphier of the Supreme Court of Nebraska. She is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska and American Bar Associations.
