About Thomas

Tom Ansley is a shareholder in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office, where he is a member of the General Corporate practice group. He serves as corporate counsel for real estate developers, commercial and project lenders, and healthcare providers, advising them on state and local laws, financial matters, and industry concerns. He also negotiates and drafts contracts that include loans, leases, purchase agreements, development agreements, management agreements, consulting agreements, and personal services agreements. Tom acts as a title agent for several national title insurance underwriters.
