Ms. Bagdasarova represents business clients in connection with a broad range of general corporate and commercial law matters, including entity formation, corporate structuring, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the technology sector. BackgroundMs. Bagdasarova graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law in 2015, where she graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian. During law school, Ms. Bagdasarova served as Editor-in-Chief for the Penn State Law Review and externed for Chief Judge Christopher C. Conner of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Babst Calland, Ms. Bagdasarova practiced as an associate in the Pittsburgh office of an international law firm in its mergers and acquisitions group.
