Samantha Stillo

Samantha Stillo is Counsel on the Business and Commercial Litigation group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Ms. Stillo focuses her practice in the area of complex business litigation. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes and helps them solve a broad range of legal problems, including breaches of contract, real estate disputes, corporate, partnership, and shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, employment-related claims (breaches of restrictive covenants), defamation, construction disputes, legal malpractice, and fraud. Samantha manages and handles litigation matters from inception and employs a strategic and individualized approach in helping to resolve clients’ needs. Actively involved in the professional legal community of Monmouth County, she is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association and has been appointed to its Young Lawyers Committee and Chancery Practice Committee. Ms. Stillo is a member of the Monmouth University Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is also a member of the New York City, New York State and New Jersey Bar Associations. Prior to joining Wilentz, she practiced at a national law firm in New York City where she was part of a trial team that secured a favorable defense verdict for a client who was sued in a high-profile, multi-million dollar lawsuit. Ms. Stillo also worked on various construction litigation matters and general liability litigation matters.
