Since 1976, Attorney Roger J. Dodd has represented clients in in a broad range of legal matters. He is current a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist and was previously a Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist by the Florida Bar for more than two decades. Much of his legal practice is devoted to handling cases involving truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, aviation accidents, and wrongful death matters. He has taught and lectured judges and lawyers in all 50 states as well as in multiple foreign countries. Attorney Dodd is also a frequent television commentator on programs on TruTV, CourtTV, ABS, CNN, CBS, and other cable networks. He is one of the country’s top attorneys on cross examination techniques and has co-authored two books on the subject.
