Richard Nicolaides is the managing partner at Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP, a national law firm focused on representing the interests of insurance companies based in Bermuda, London, Tokyo, and the United States. He evaluates insurance coverage issues and litigates insurance coverage disputes arising under a variety of insurance products and involving a wide range of exposures in state and federal courts across the country. Additionally, Richard advises his clients on policy drafting and claims handling practices. He frequently lectures to insurance industry professionals around the world and is a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law.
