Nneka C. Obiokoye

Nneka focuses her practice on commercial transactions in the renewable energy and oil and gas industries. Nneka’s experience translates across various aspects of the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. In each of these sectors, Nneka helps clients navigate complex international and domestic commercial issues arising through the life of each project, including negotiating and drafting applicable agreements, and advising on contract implementation and interpretation. Nneka's energy practice also involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts pertaining to renewable energy projects. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Nneka provided full-service oil and gas transactional advice to various multinational entities, negotiating and advising on various contracts, including project development and financing contracts relating to natural gas liquids and gas-to-liquids projects.
