Michael J. Compagni

Mike is a founding Member of CCBLaw. His practice focuses on Healthcare Law, Business Law, Commercial Real Estate Law and Banking Law. He has a great deal of experience in the area of compliance with state and federal anti-kickback, self-referral (”Stark“) and fraud and abuse statues. Although Mike represents many healthcare professionals, he also represents many other business professionals. He has substantial practice experience in transactional banking and represents clients in all facets of loan transactions and general business law.
