He was admitted to the California Bar in 1982 and has been named a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Morris was named Best Lawyers in America - "Orange County Family Lawyer of the Year“ for 2013 and 2018. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2007.
