Mehmet Munur

Mehmet Munur is a Partner at Tsibouris & Associates, LLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of technology, information privacy and security, and financial services regulation. Mehmet works on contracts for internet-based services, including drafting and negotiating software licenses or Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") agreements, terms of use, privacy policies and other technology agreements. Mehmet regularly advises clients on technology outsourcing agreements, servicing, financing, and payments. He advises clients on privacy issues, laws, and regulation at the state, federal, and international level. More specifically, he advises clients on issues relating to the FTC Act, GLBA, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, FACTA, HIPAA and HITECH, CCPA, GDPR, and EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certification and compliance.
