Martin H. Tish counsels business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, traders, charities, family offices and individuals from virtually every field regarding asset ownership and structure, prenuptial agreements, retirement planning and charitable planning. He has successfully administered estates and trusts ranging in size from $500,000 to more than $100 million, achieving excellent tax results without forgetting the human concerns that are of paramount importance to a sound estate plan. Marty has lectured on estate planning before the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Northwestern University and various corporate clients. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2014 edition of Illinois Super Lawyers. He has also been rated as ”AV-Preeminent“ in Martindale-Hubbell for the last fifteen years While in law school, Marty was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as notes and comments editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. He also received the Lowden Wigmore Award first prize for writing.
