About Lynn

Lynn Wilson McNally is a partner and Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization and certified Family Financial Settlement Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. She represents individuals in matters regarding separation, divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, termination of parental rights, legitimation and other matters pertaining to family law. Since beginning her practice in 2003, Lynn regularly appears in trials and hearings on behalf of her clients. In addition to representing her clients in the courtroom, she frequently assists them in resolving their domestic issues outside of court through the drafting and negotiation of separation agreements, parenting agreements and other family contracts as well as through mediation and private settlement conferences.
