Professional ExperienceKelsey Ondrak’s practice encompasses estate planning, probate, business succession planning, trust administration, and taxation. She helps families and individuals achieve their estate planning goals by utilizing wills, trusts, healthcare & financial durable powers of attorney, and advanced directives. By understanding who and what is important to her clients, she can customize and create a comprehensive estate plan. Kelsey also works with business owners and assists them with issues of business formation, risk management, and business succession planning. Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Kelsey was an international tax consultant in Dublin, Ireland, for an international accounting firm where she advised clients on their obligations under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and international transfer pricing regimes. Prior to law school, Kelsey attended the University of Washington where she received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. While in law school, she was a member of Seattle University’s Tax Law Student Association. Kelsey is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
