Jonathan Gold, a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy group, has over 20 years of experience in handling creditors’ rights and complex financial restructuring matters. He has served as counsel to, among other clients, official creditors’ committees, financial institutions, equipment lenders, and purchasers of bankruptcy estate assets, regularly representing clients in litigation matters including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, disputes concerning executory contracts and unexpired leases, and other litigation arising from, or related to, the Bankruptcy Code, as well as state court collection matters.Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Jonathan practiced at a national law firm in its bankruptcy practice group, where he focused on complex Chapter 11 matters, commercial litigation, and creditors’ rights issues.
