Jeff Bingham counsels clients in a variety of commercial lending transactions, often representing banks, debt funds, corporate borrowers, and equity sponsors. He also represents public and private companies in M&A deals. A partner with Alston & Bird’s Finance Group, Jeff structures and negotiates secured and unsecured financings for a wide spectrum of private credit and bank lenders, corporate borrowers, and equity sponsors in a variety of lending transactions, including cash flow and asset-backed financings, acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and other financings. His experience extends to a broad range of industries, including consumer finance, technology, health care, dental and similarly franchised business models, and retail and consumer products.
