He represents clients involved in commercial development, leasing and financing, as well as advises on real estate-related structuring, tax deferred exchanges and other tax-advantaged matters. He handles the transactional needs of a wide range of businesses, including small, family-owned companies and publicly traded corporations from a variety of industries, including media, manufacturing, distribution and service.
