Mr. Jacquette is a partner with Timoney Knox and has been a member of the firm since 1977, concentrating his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration (including preparation of wills, advanced health care declarations (living wills) and powers of attorney), family law and municipal law. He has a bachelor’s degree from The College of the Holy Cross and a law degree from Temple University School of Law. A 32-year member and past President of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council, Mr. Jacquette is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and family law. He is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association, currently a member of the Judiciary Committee (Chairman 2010), the Family Law Section (chairman 1988), the Bench Bar Committee (chairman 2009), and the Probate and Tax Section. He is a past member of the Orphans Court Rules Committee (chairman 1992), Elder Law Committee (chairman 1994), Board of Directors, and Executive Committee. Mr. Jacquette is a volunteer attorney in the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project which provides free legal representation to abused and neglected children and in the Wills For Heroes program which provides free estate planning services to members of the military, law enforcement and first responders. Mr. Jacquette is a long time member of the Lower Gwynedd Township Parks and Recreation Committee and served as its chairman from 2001-2012. He was active in the Lower Gwynedd Little League for more than thirty years, serving at President, team manager, and umpire. In 2011 Mr. Jacquette was given the Citizen of the Year award by Lower Gwynedd Township for his service.
