About James

James M. Gianfagna focuses his legal practice on corporate and real estate law matters. As an attorney in Hahn Loeser’s Business Practice Area, Jim provides strategic advice to clients on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and commercial contracts. Jim has experience representing both buyers and sellers in complex mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Jim is well-versed in representing physicians, dentists, and other experts in their pursuit of ”medtech“ endeavors. Jim also guides startups and other early-stage companies across all stages of a company’s life cycle. Jim serves as outside general counsel to his clients, acting as a trusted business counselor. Jim’s practice also includes substantial real estate experience negotiating, drafting, and counseling on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, financing, and easements.
