Jackson Reagan

Jackson M. Reagan is an associate in Dentons Sirote's Corporate and Tax practices in the Birmingham office, where he primarily focuses on helping clients navigate complex corporate tax issues. Jackson regularly counsels business owners and corporations regarding a variety of matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, tax and business planning, and regulatory compliance. Jackson's extensive educational background in accounting and tax, including a BSBA in accountancy, cum laude, from Auburn University; a MAcc from Samford University; a JD, magna cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law; and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, enables him to assist clients with the various legal and tax implications of business transactions.
