Holly applies a business-minded approach to advise clients at all stages of growth with their legal needs. Holly has experience working with companies on venture financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, commercial agreements, and entity formation and conversion processes. She works with a broad range of clients including strategic buyers, venture funds, and emerging and established brands in the food, beverage, and consumer product goods and technology spaces. Before joining Holland & Hart, Holly worked as an associate at an Am Law 100 firm in Denver.
