About Haniya

Haniya Mir is a transactional lawyer, representing businesses of all sizes on a wide range of corporate matters, including securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and equity and debt financing. She advises clients on public and private securities offerings. She also counsels public companies on securities law reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as compliance with the listing requirements of the major U.S. exchanges. Haniya also represents public and private companies in a variety of M&A transactions, including mergers, stock purchases and sales, asset purchases and sales, spin-offs and recapitalizations.
