Professional Experience Greg serves as a trusted advisor for individuals and families navigating the complex legal landscape of their lives. He advises clients on the full array of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, charitable planning, tax planning, and international estate planning—always focused on providing practical and creative solutions. Greg also assists tax-exempt organizations on entity formation, grant-making, board fiduciary duties, corporate governance matters, and compliance issues. Greg knows that planning is more than just creating legal documents or giving tax advice, and he endeavors to learn each client’s unique story and ensure it is told. A passionate problem solver with an easy-going personality, he strives to build lasting client relationships. Though from the Tacoma area, Greg attended The Ohio State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Economics. Greg then returned to the Pacific Northwest and earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, he served as an editor for the Seattle University Law Review and participated in the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic, where he assisted low income individuals in resolving tax disputes with the IRS. After graduating law school, Greg received his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University.
