Evan Rabinowitz

Evan concentrates his practice in real estate and banking. An Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use and Banking groups, Evan has extensive experience with all phases of real estate transactions, banking practice and title clearance. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Evan worked for a Real Estate Law firm where he represented major institutional lenders, as well as individuals and entities in the purchase, sale and refinance of cooperatives, condominiums, single and multi-family homes and commercial properties. In addition, he handled all aspects of entity formations.
