About Erin

Erin Malone-Smolla is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice groups. Erin represents clients in bankruptcy, complex business litigation, commercial litigation, judgment enforcement and execution matters. She regularly practices in Tennessee bankruptcy courts, but also frequently handles cases in other federal and state courts. Erin represents mortgage company and financial services clients with compliance matters, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational implementation of legal guidelines. Such work includes assisting with large-scale remediation projects and advising on business practices within clients’ bankruptcy departments.
