Erik Francis Stidham

Erik advocates on behalf of clients involved in complex litigation. Technology, manufacturing, natural resources, software, construction and real estate companies in more than 20 states have turned to Erik to achieve favorable results as lead trial counsel and appellate counsel in their cases. Erik has extensive experience litigating business, software, civil fraud, class action, product, natural resources, environmental, construction, real estate and shareholder disputes. In addition, Erik has broad experience conducting internal investigations, preparing government disclosures, and responding to state and federal investigation related to allegations of corporate wrongdoing. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Erik was a partner in a large, regional full-service law firm and an associate at a leading international firm.
