Eric R. Moy is a partner in the Indianapolis, Indiana office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. Mr. Moy serves the needs of his clients in a wide array of business, financing, regulatory, and transactional matters, including: Corporate Governance SEC and Financial Regulation Public Offerings Venture Capital and Private Placements Mergers and Acquisitions Commercial Lending and Leveraged ESOPs Securitization and Structured Finance Executive Compensation Mr. Moy is a member of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Committee on Professional Responsibility of the Business Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Moy has been listed in Best Lawyer's in America in the areas of Corporate Governance and Compliance Law, Corporate Law, Securities Law and Structured Finance Law. He has been listed in Super Lawyers magazine in Indiana. Mr. Moy graduated with all-college honors in 1982 from Earlham College and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1985. He was a casenote and comment editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law from 1983 to 1985. Mr. Moy joined Barnes & Thornburg in 1985 and became a partner in 1994. He is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana.
