About Eric

Eric has over a decade of experience acting as a trusted legal advisor – both in-house and as outside counsel – to public and private clients of all sizes on matters throughout their business lifecycle. His diverse experience managing matters in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, emerging growth, corporate financing, and strategic agreements help Eric guide clients through their transactions, growth, and negotiations. Eric takes a pragmatic, business-minded approach to supporting his clients in all of their corporate legal needs. Eric understands the unique needs of each client and provides them with targeted and strategic guidance to achieve their goals. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Eric served as Vice President & Legal Counsel for MGM Resorts International, focusing primarily on development projects, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and international transactions. He has also worked as an associate at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in New Jersey, as well as spending years in the insurance sector before beginning his legal career.
