David H. Lee is recognized locally and nationally as a preeminent Family Law practitioner. The focus of his practice over his entire career has been in the field of Family Law. Mr. Lee is a frequent speaker and author of articles in the area of Family Law on a variety of topics, including divorce tax law, business valuations, stock options and retirement interests in property division, alimony and child support, division of gifted and inherited property, trial practice and procedure, appellate advocacy and other post-judgment remedies, separation agreements, child custody, prenuptial (postnuptial) agreements, paternity, and analysis of Massachusetts Family Law case decisions, statutes and rules. Mr. Lee has handled numerous significant appellate court matters impacting Massachusetts law. Mr. Lee has also served as a guest lecturer at several Boston area law schools. Mr. Lee has consistently been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, in the area of Family Law, since its first publication in 1983, and was recognized as Best Lawyers' 2011 Boston Family Lawyer of the Year. Boston Magazine recognized Mr. Lee in its 2002 "The Best Lawyers" edition as one of only four lawyers identified in the field of Family Law. Mr. Lee is named a "Top 10 Super Lawyer" in Massachusetts in Boston Magazine and Law & Politics, Massachusetts Super Lawyers, November 2005, November 2006, November 2008 and November 2011 editions, and was named a "Top 100 Attorneys in New England" in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, and "Top 100 Massachusetts Super Lawyers" in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
