Daniel Tola maintains a comprehensive understanding of complex finance transactions and concentrates his practice in commercial finance, utilizing his institutional knowledge to provide his clients with practical counsel on a wide range of financings. In particular, he represents alternative lenders, commercial banks, investment banks, finance companies, equity groups, hedge funds and private companies in US and cross-border working capital facilities (cash flow and asset-based), acquisition financings, subscription line financings and other leveraged finance transactions including leveraged buyouts, restructurings and recapitalizations. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of business sectors including health care, information technology, software, telecommunications, franchise, restaurants, casinos, manufacturing (including vessel manufacturing), pharmaceuticals and consumer lending.
