Daniel A. Vela is a member of the firm's Corporate and Securities practice group. Mr. Vela focuses his practice on aircraft financing transactions and aircraft fleet transactions, including sale-leasebacks, mortgage financing and aircraft transfers. His experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of contracts has led him to assist in the implementation of a manufacturer-supported leasing facility for up to 130 A320 family aircraft and sale-leaseback facilities for Boeing 737 aircraft.
