About Craig
Craig Harasimowicz is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Harasimowicz represents private equity and venture capital firms, independent sponsors, search funds, strategic acquirers and companies in evaluating, structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, as well as divestitures and recapitalizations. In addition, Mr. Harasimowicz has experience representing and counseling companies in corporate governance and operational legal matters. He delivers value-added counsel to his clients by taking a business-oriented approach to facilitate the deal process and drive transaction execution while effectively managing risk. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Harasimowicz worked for a Charlotte-based law firm in its corporate and private equity groups.
