Chris Hand assists his clients with complex financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters. In his finance practice, Chris represents both lenders and borrowers in a broad range of secured and unsecured financing arrangements, including acquisition financings, asset-based revolving credit facilities, project financings and other middle-market credit facilities. He also advises issuers in connection with high-yield debt offerings. Prior to joining Brownstein, Chris worked as Corporate Counsel for TTEC Holdings, Inc. in Denver.
