Charles Mao

Charles counsels clients on a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial properties. His background includes representing owners, developers, investors, financial institutions, landlords, tenants, and utility providers on various real estate projects across the country. Charles’ experience includes counseling clients with the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, apartments, hotels, gas stations and convenience stores, wind farms, and agricultural properties. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Charles worked in the Houston office of a Midwest firm with an international footprint and as a commercial real estate broker. Charles is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
