Cathy’s clients operate in the energy, construction, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. She has significant experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, including bankruptcy-related litigation involving preferences, fraudulent transfers, and claims objections.
