Bernard P. Grondin

Bernard (Bernie) P. Grondin focuses on representing private equity funds, strategic investors, and founders/owners-operators in complex corporate transactions, including leverage buyouts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity investments and joint ventures.
