Avi also has extensive experience in various matters involving Colorado and Delaware limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations, including rendering advice as to matters of state law with respect to the formation, operation and dissolution of limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations. Avi is an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Law School, where he teaches courses on mergers and acquisitions and advises the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
