With his experience resolving the distinct challenges inherent in water rights and water infrastructure transactions, Andy is uniquely qualified to negotiate and close complex transactions. Andy has served as counsel for the purchase, sale and joint use of all classes of water rights for municipal and industrial uses, and has negotiated the development, purchase and construction of several large-scale water storage and conveyance facilities. Andy also negotiates construction and design contracts with a particular focus on construction defect risk mitigation. His work includes office and retail, multifamily housing and water infrastructure projects ranging from $10 million to $200 million. He represents the owners and operators of large residential, commercial, industrial and multi-use projects in the development, conveyance and operation of their assets and advises on matters related to common interest ownership structures. He also oversees legal representation for the leasing and operation of multiple commercial and office projects.
