Her compassion for families in crisis assures that she remains a tireless advocate for everyone she represents.For same-sex couples whose relationships are not recognized by Texas courts, Aimee uses the collaborative process as well as creative and personalized contractual agreements to resolve property and custody issues.Prior to practicing law, Aimee was the program director of a supervised visitation facility for families in Austin as well as an elementary school teacher with the non-profit program, Teach for America. She received her B.A. in Psychology with Honors, Masters of Science in Social Work with Honors and Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin.
