Mr. Naumann is a California attorney representing homeowners’ associations, commercial owners’ associations, and single-family homeowners from the start of the litigation process through trial. Mr. Naumann was the Associate Editor of the University of San Diego Law Review from 1979-1980. He was the author of ”The Regulation of Real Estate Syndicate Securities in California“ (USD Law Review, Vo. 16, No. 2, 1979). He is licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California; Consumer Attorneys of California; and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (President 1999, Member of Board of Directors 1989-1998).
