About William
Will Irvine is an experienced commercial litigator who handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters ranging from consumer class actions to intellectual property cases to contractual disputes. Before joining DTO Law, Will practiced at a boutique law firm in Memphis, Tennessee, where he represented a variety of business clients in complex disputes over breaches of contract, business torts, trade secrets, and products liability. He has experience with all aspects of litigation including dispositive motion practice and the management of high-volume discovery. His pro bono work has focused on voting rights issues, criminal justice reform, and environmental justice. After law school, Will clerked for the Honorable Sheryl H. Lipman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. When not working, you can find Will exploring New York’s music venues, anxiously watching the Memphis Grizzlies, or traveling with his wonderful wife.
