Tim regularly handles federal and state criminal defense, white collar defense, complex personal injury and marijuana regulatory matters. Tim is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is the only Maine lawyer to receive that honor in over 25 years. Tim is also a Past President of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer. Tim is the author of the nationally published book "Defending Specific Crimes." He is often published on criminal defense subjects in Maine and across the United States.
