Steven M. Goldberg

Steven M. Goldberg founded the Goldberg Legal Co., LPA litigation firm 33 years ago and has practiced law continuously since. Over the years he has successfully litigated and tried complex civil and criminal matters in U.S District Courts, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and various state courts. Mr. Goldberg has briefed and argued dozens of appeals at the state and federal level including in the Ohio Supreme Court, Carpenter v. Consolidated Rail Corp., 69 Ohio St. 3d 259 (1994). Mr. Goldberg’s areas of practice include medical and hospital malpractice, asbestos-related lung cancer (mesothelioma) lawsuits, pharmaceutical drug litigation, and catastrophic personal injury claims. Steven has been a guest speaker at national litigation summits in medical device and drug campaigns involving DePuy ASR Hip Replacement System Class I Recall and Topamax Litigation. Mr. Goldberg was recently unanimously voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates. The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is a prestigious national association of the most respected and experienced trial lawyers and judges. Membership is by invitation only and is highly selective. It is limited to only those attorneys who have attained the requisite level of jury trial experience.
