Spencer T. Proffitt

Spencer practices in our insurance, professional liability, commercial litigation, and estate planning practice groups. In addition to his focus on complex litigation matters and appellate practice, Spencer counsels and assists his clients in planning for end of life decisions and navigating Arizona’s probate system. He has been included in the Southwest Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list for nine consecutive years. Spencer obtained his BA degree summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2004. He earned his Juris Doctor with Order of the Coif honors in 2009 from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He was also the recipient of the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Award for constitutional law scholarship in 2009. During law school, Spencer served as an Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and was published in the Journal’s 2008 edition.
