When resolution cannot be obtained through negotiation and/or mediation, he has successfully arbitrated and litigated cases with amounts in dispute up to $50M+. Mr. Price assists owners, contractors and subcontractors in resolving potential and actual construction disputes. He regularly represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in matters dealing with a wide range of legal issues. He has successfully resolved cases including construction delay, lost productivity, sufficiency of performance, specification and plan interpretation, extra work, and bond claims.
