Sean Harris

Sean Harris is a partner with Kitrick, Lewis, & Harris Co., LPA in Columbus, Ohio. He is rated ”AV“ by Martindale Hubble, and is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Ohio SuperLawyers. Sean practices exclusively in the area of plaintiff’s wrongful death, product liability, and personal injury litigation. Sean is a Past President of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) - the only statewide organization dedicated to preserving the 7th Amendment - and the host of the podcast, Civilly Speaking. He currently serves on the Alumni Board of Trustees of Ohio Wesleyan University. Sean earned his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was a finalist in the ATLA (AAJ) Trial Advocacy Competition. He also earned the CALI Award in Trial Practice. During law school, he clerked for the firm of Frank A. Ray Co., L.P.A. Before law school, Sean graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a triple major in Philosophy, Geography, and Environmental Studies. He was awarded the Oustanding Student Leader Award, the Lloyd D. Easton Award for Excellence in Philosophy, and Robert E. Shanklin Prize for the Outstanding Geography Major. While in college, Sean was a member of OWU’s comedy improv troupe and had a radio show on the college radio station, WSLN. Whenever time allows, Sean enjoys working in his small woodshop making furniture and other projects, including a reproduction of Thomas Jefferson’s rotating five book bookstand, which he keeps in his office. He is also a private pilot.
